I have laid before The Earl of Aberdeen your Letter of the 16th of March inclosing a Copy of a Despatch, from Sir Henry Pottinger suggesting that the annual allowance of $1200 heretofore paid to the Anglo-Chinese College at Malacca, should now be paid to the "Morrison Education Society;" in Hongkong; and I am to request that Lord Aberdeen acquaint Lord Stanley that you concur with Sir Henry Pottinger and you will ...
